Service excluded from VAT

Law 1819 of 2016 (Tax Reform) excluded from the sales tax (VAT) the provision of virtual education services for the development of digital content, in accordance with the regulations issued by the ICT Ministry.

According to the regulations issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies, established in DECREE 1412 OF 2017, within what is considered virtual education services for the development of digital content, provided in Colombia or abroad, the following categories are found.

• Graphic editing: Virtual education service specialized in the planning, production and staging of any type of image.

• Production, management, marketing and monetization of digital content: Virtual education service aimed at improving the business and entrepreneurial skills of digital content creators.

User registration on the website

The user can visit and consult the website without registering, but it is a condition that he/she is registered, having selected a user ID and a password, in order to access certain services. The user must provide the company with his/her own registration information that is true, up-to-date and complete.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the registration of any user if these terms and conditions are not respected or if the website is misused. The user is responsible for any activity that occurs under his or her account. The user must notify the Company of any irregular or unauthorized behavior of his or her account.

Return or refund

The reason for requesting a refund or reimbursement of the course registration fee will be evaluated. The current regulations that apply under the Right of Withdrawal will be reviewed, as long as it is valid for the service involved.

Returns will be made within (15) business days of the return or refund request.
