Minimalístico, as a business unit of the company BASTINO S.A.S. with NIT 901.025.671, located in Bogotá D.C., informs its clients, suppliers, strategic partners, prospects, and visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "Holders") that it has implemented the data processing policies required by Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, as follows:
1. Collected Data: As stated in contact forms, online reservation forms, professional service contracts, contracts with our suppliers, notices, and any other information voluntarily provided by the Holders, the information we collect and will retain is as follows:
Contact Information: Address, phone numbers, and email address.
Commercial Relationship Behavior: Payments, sales, contacts made, quotes sent, contracts, services provided, and billing.
Data of services provided.
In some cases, for legal and/or accounting purposes, we will request copies of identification documents, RUT, Chamber of Commerce Certificate, or others.
Identification information of the individual or legal entity with whom we have any commercial relationship or who intends to contact us for commercial purposes: Name, identification number, position, and/or company represented.
2. Data Processing: The data will be used:
To effectively contact the Holder and follow up on the actions taken.
For sending correspondence or notifications related to current and future business relationships with BASTINO S.A.S.
For Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar, aimed at providing better service.
To follow up on the execution of contracts.
To send important information about offers, requirements, news, or other relevant information for the Holder.
To allow our strategic partners to make offers of interest or help generate networking for the Holder’s projects and businesses.
For company and Holder security.
Once any contractual relationship ends, only contact data will be retained for the purpose of sending offers in which the Holder may have interest.
3. Current Databases: As of the date of issuance of these privacy policies, the following databases are being formed:
Prospect database.
Individual Client database.
Legal Entity Client database.
Individual Supplier database.
Legal Entity Supplier database.
4. Rights and Duties of Clients, Prospects, and Suppliers Regarding Information:
You have the right to know, update, or rectify the information referred to in numeral 1 at any time.
You have the right to keep your data updated for notifications.
Upon your request, you may be provided with information on how your personal data has been used. Authorization for data usage is given when expressed in the respective contract or when completing forms on the Minimalístico website.
Finally, you have the right to request that your information be deleted from our databases, remaining only for accounting and commercial purposes, once our contractual relationship has fully ended.
5. Procedure for Knowing, Updating, Rectifying, and Deleting Information: To know, update, rectify, or delete the information in our databases, you must submit a written request to the address, fax, or email indicated in numeral 5, which will be processed according to the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012. All claims will be handled by the management of BASTINO S.A.S.
Any request regarding these matters will be answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days, unless a force majeure or unforeseen event occurs, in which case the Holder will be informed of the additional time needed to fulfill the request.

7. Validity: These privacy policies are effective as of July 1, 2020.
Any modifications will be promptly communicated to the Holders.
The privacy and data processing policies outlined in this document will remain in effect throughout our contractual relationship, and once terminated, until the date you request the deletion of our databases.
Any change to the privacy policy will be communicated via email to the addresses provided by you.
Additionally, if new databases are created or existing ones are deleted, the Holders will be informed of this situation.
